Home Architecture Feasibility
Not always a real estate proposal is a good investment: must know how to correctly identify the costs of intervention, costs due to public administration, markets and an adequate estimate of the financial costs to be incurred by the contractor, and so on.

For this reason the study systematically carries out feasibility studies aimed at identifying the variables listed above, through a design level that can support the demands of the seller or to clarify the true economic prospects of the buyer.

At this level of design is often used somes three-dimensional models, to obtain a quick assessment of architectural achievement, and software developed in-house, to estimate preliminary costs and costs of intervention.

We present some case studies, while maintaining complete confidentiality on the location of the buildings considered.
